Plate Cleaning Blast Machines

The machines are typically designed to clean plate from about 500mm up to 6m or more in width.  The machines feed longer lengths of plate through this width using driven rollers conveyors.  The plate is typically blasted from both sides.

The machines usually have two to eight blasting wheels focused on the top and bottom of the parts to be cleaned.  The machines allow fast production rates and an even finish on parts that cannot be achieved through manual methods.
