Pipe Cleaning Machine
These machines are designed to blast cylindrical objects. They typically move a pipe through the blasting process by rotating it and moving it forward at the same time. The pipe is then blasted using an arrangement from one to four or more wheels. The machines can be adapted from small diameter to larger diameter pipes.
Special purpose machines, for example, LPG cylinder cleaners, have also been developed. Internal blasting of pipe surfaces is also possible using custom developed machines.
Pipe and cylinder blasting before coating
Pipe cleaning machines prepare pipe, tube and cylindrical parts for painting, lining or coating by removing rust, mill scale and old coatings. Rotating the pipe while it moves forward gives an even finish along its full length.
Machines are configured around your range of pipe diameters and lengths, with conveyors to feed the pipe through the blast chamber. Custom machines can blast internal surfaces, and special purpose machines can be developed for specific products.
